The Everyday Lens™

A wellbeing program that combines reflective photography with a simple, CBT-informed structure.

The Everyday Lens™ is for people who want to better understand their thoughts, emotions, and everyday reactions.
The program works with ordinary, daily experiences - without pressure, without rushing, and without the need for prior knowledge.

What is The Everyday Lens™?

The Everyday Lens™ is a gentle, structured wellbeing practice where everyday photography helps you notice what often happens automatically.

Images are used as a starting point for reflection, while a CBT-informed framework helps to:

This is not about taking “good” photos.
It is about paying attention and making sense of your everyday experience.

    • organise thoughts

    • better understand emotions

    • become more aware of everyday reactions and choices

Photography is the medium.

CBT is the map.

Who is this for?

The Everyday Lens™ is for you if you want to:

  • better understand your thoughts and emotions

  • build more calm and awareness in daily life

  • pause and look at your experiences from a different perspective

  • support your wellbeing in a steady, structured way

No photography experience or psychological knowledge is needed.
You work at your own pace, in a safe and supportive space.

Working with photography

Photography in The Everyday Lens™ is a tool for noticing, not a goal in itself.

It can help you:

  • create some distance from thoughts and emotions

  • notice everyday moments that are often overlooked

  • reflect more easily, especially when words feel hard to find

The CBT-informed structure helps give meaning and direction to this process.

About Me

My name is Dagmara Minkiewicz.

I am a psychologist and photographer.

I combine psychological training with many years of photographic practice, working in a calm, ethical and structured way.

The Everyday Lens™ was created as an accessible form of wellbeing work that does not require entering a therapeutic process.

Photography is the medium. CBT is the map.
