The Art of Discovery

Photography engages your mind on a deeper level—it's not just the act of taking a picture, but also the powerful process of reviewing and reflecting on your images.

Hello! I’m Dagmara Minkiewicz - I’m a psychologist and photographer, and I'm delighted you're here!

My workshop is a unique five-week journey where photography will become your guide to a deeper understanding of yourself. Using my curated images and your own photos, you’ll explore your emotions, needs, and values, fueling your process of self-exploration and personal growth.

We'll meet weekly for 60 minutes. Each session is a blend of inspiring lessons, practical exercises, and a supportive group space for you to share your experiences

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. How can I get to know myself through therapeutic photography?

By analysing the images you create, you can discover your emotions, needs, and values that are not always easy to express with words.

2. Can I join the workshop if I don't have a camera or photography skills?

Yes! You can use a phone or any other device. The workshop doesn't require any professional knowledge—what matters is your willingness to experiment and be open.

3. Do my photos need to be technically perfect?

No. In therapeutic photography, what's most important are your emotions and the story you tell through your images, not the technical quality.

4. Will my photos be judged?

No. The workshop is a safe space where you can freely express yourself without judgment.

5. Do I have to share my photos with the group?

No. You can decide whether you want to keep your photos to yourself or share them with other participants.

6. How can I continue my work with therapeutic photography after the workshop?

At the end of the workshop, you'll receive a set of tips and exercises to help you continue this journey on your own, in your daily life.
