About

Your mind doesn’t need another project. It needs a pause. The Everyday Lens™ is a 21-day digital wellbeing practice that helps you slow down, step out of mental noise and see your everyday life from a fresh perspective. Each day, it will take just a few minutes to practice and use the tool you already have in your pocket: your smartphone. Here’s how it works. Take one photo a day, follow the theme and then spend a few minutes reflecting on what you notice, what you value, what you need and what you want to carry forward. No homework. No photography skills. No one grading your pictures. Why 21 days and 27 steps? Over 21 days, you’ll move through 27 micro-steps (including an introductory welcome and a closing reflection) designed to safely guide your mind to slow down, notice what’s good, speak to yourself more kindly, shift perspective, and keep what works. Most days are a single, simple step. It’s one small moment a day, not 27 tasks. What you’ll get: Short, friendly daily prompts so you never wonder what to photograph A quick guided reflection each day Plain-English insights into why each step helps, with no jargon Access online or via the mobile app A certificate of completion Total flexibility. Miss a day? Just pick up where you left off, with no streaks and no guilt. Created by an NHS-trained Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, qualified psychologist, researcher and photographer, The Everyday Lens™ draws on CBT, positive psychology, mindfulness and photography. It’s grounded in real science, and made warm and simple enough for real life. Please note: this is a supportive daily practice, not therapy or a photography course. Ready for a few quiet minutes that are just yours? Start your first photo pause today.
